  9. Many people keep the back issues of Amiga Reports to reference
  10. them once in awhile. ARArchive will make keeping track and
  11. accessing all of your Amiga Reports much eaiser.
  12.  
  13. ARArchive looks for the UNCOMPRESSED or LHA AR's in AR:
  14. You can set this by running the installer.

  17. I recieved about 100 e-mail messages form people asking
  18. me to support MANY different Compression methods for ARArchive.
  19.  
  20. It was hard to pick one but I choose LHA, because that is the
  21. format that AR comes in!!!

  23. ARAchive now will unlha, and view your Amiga Reports!!!
  24. You must be running AREXX and have lha in the command path
  25. to do this!
  26.  
  27. The installer will now Build 2 files, if you tell it 
  28. that you Store your ARs' in the LHA format!
  29.  
  30. It will create 'c:ARA'  This is a small AREXX script that
  31. will uncompress .. view .. delete/uncompressed .. The
  32. selected Amiga Report.

  34. The second thing that will be created by the installer is 
  35. a dos script that lanuches the AREXX script.
  36.  
  37. When you get a new Amiga Report all you need to do is unpack
  38. it to AR: (if you selected .guide files) or just move the new LHA 
  39. file to AR:  .... thats it!

  41. Thanks to Jason Compton for helping me pick the "look"
  42. of the frontend, that was the hardest part.
